Liu Prima Paspimol adalah seorang gadis muda yang telah diintimidasi sepanjang hidupnya karena penampilannya. Dalam upaya untuk memulai kehidupan baru di universitas, dia menjalani operasi plastik dengan tujuan agar terlihat seperti mahasiswa pada umumnya. Namun, operasi tersebut ternyata ‘terlalu sukses’, membuatnya menjadi sangat cantik dan menarik perhatian yang tidak diinginkan, padahal yang dia inginkan hanyalah berbaur dan menghindari perundungan. Selain itu, beberapa orang mulai mengejeknya karena terlalu banyak melakukan operasi pada wajahnya dan memanggilnya dengan sebutan kecantikan buatan.
Guy, seorang cowok populer di kampus yang bersekolah di SMP yang sama dengan Prima dan tahu seperti apa penampilannya sebelum melakukan operasi kosmetik, mengonfrontasi Prima tentang hal itu. Dia mengungkapkan bahwa di sekolah menengah pertama dia tidak pernah menghina Prima karena penampilannya, tidak seperti banyak orang lain.
