Sinopsis Drama Rattan :
Bertahun-tahun lalu tepatnya 1946, Si Teng (Sally Jing) dikenal sebagai gadis setengah iblis. Dia diburu hingga melintasi Shanghai oleh biksu Tao Tian Shi yang taat.
Ketika itu, Dia berusaha melarikan diri darinya, namun tetap saja pada akhirnya Dia tertangkap dan dibunuh olehnya. Lalu biksu itu menguburnya di dasar tebing besar.
Masa sekarang tahun 2013, Qin Fang (Vin Zhang) seorang desainer muda sedang bersama tunangannya pergi ke barat untuk menemukan dermawan.
Dalam perjalanannya, Dia mengalami kecelakaan mobil. Dan setetes dari dari Qin Fang membangkitkan iblis yang telah terkubur puluhan tahun di dasar tanah.
Si Teng bangkit dan dan merasa kebingungan mendapati dirinya yang sekarang berada pada dunia yang aneh dan tidak Ia kenali sebelumnya, selama ini banyak yang telah berubah.
Si Teng meminta bantuan Qin Fang agar Dia mendapatkan kembali ingatannya. Dia mulai membantunya memahami tentang kehidupan dunia modern.
Meski awalnya terlihat sulit, Qin Fan menyetujui untuk membantu Si Teng. Dia mulai belajar tentang kehidupan dan cinta, namun bayang-bayang masa lalunya terus saja menyiksa dirinya.
