SINOPSIS What’s Wrong, Poong-Sang :
Drama Korea “Liver or Die” menceritakan tentang Poong-Sang yang diperankan oleh Yu Jun-Sang merawat 4 adiknya dan mendukung mereka secara finansial, karena orang tuanya tidak mendukung mereka. Adik-adiknya adalah adik pertama Jin-Sang diperankan oleh Oh Ji-Ho, kemudian Jung-Sang (Jeon Hye-Bin), adik kedua Hwa-Sang (Lee Si-Young) dan saudara termuda We-Sang (Lee Chang-Yeop).
Poong-Sang sekarang setengah baya, tapi dia tidak pernah menjalani hidupnya untuk dirinya sendiri. Dia masih sibuk berurusan dengan urusan adik-adiknya. Adik pertama Poong-Sang, Jin-Sang, membuat masalah saat ia menunggu kesempatan untuk mengubah hidupnya. Adik Poong-Sang yang lebih dulu Jung-Sang adalah seorang dokter.
Dia pintar, logis dan berkepala dingin. Adik kedua Poong-Sang, Hwa-Sang, memiliki rasa rendah diri karena kakaknya Jung-Sang. Dia juga pembuat onar seperti kakaknya Jin-Sang. Adik termuda We-Sang bermimpi menjadi pemain bisbol profesional, tetapi ia gagal mencapai impiannya.
